A) Vitalis Cook & Chill

The one-tray-system for individual meals in cook & chill and cook & serve operations

The VITALIS guarantees transport, storage, regeneration and serving of individual meals within the required temperatures in both cook & chill and cook & serve operations. A good quality and healthy meal, presented in an appetizing way, is the key objective. To achieve this, the advanced Vitalis uses the well-tried Iseco Thermocontact system. The balanced technology and construction of the Vitalis offer you all the means to perform your meal service in an efficient and hygienic way, at maximized security the least possible handling. This efficiency and security is also guaranteed in the long run because of the use of high level materials, constructions and finishing. As a standard each Vitalis is equipped with a computer which enables the exact programming of regeneration and refrigeration. The display shows the hour, the temperature in the cavity and the remaining regeneration time. It also shows any anomalies in the functioning of the trolley.

The Vitalis is available in two basic lines. One using a removable separation offering modularity of the tray and the heating shelve. The other is using a special fixed separation wall if modularity is not desired, keeping the handling at a minimum.

B) Vitalis Evo

IMPORTANT ENERGY SAVINGS

ISECO launches a new meal distribution trolley: the VITALIS Evo. This new VITALIS version, is more ergonomic, more efficient with less energy consumption.

Efficient Energy Management: In order to help the protection of the environment by saving energy, the consumption of the trolley has been reduced. For instance, only the shelves used for the service of warm meals function.

Ergonomic: The VITALIS Evo has thinner and lighter shelves. This new technology enables to reduce the high and weight of the trolley. The use is more ergonomic for the employees : manoeuvring becomes much easier.

Tray Modulation: This concept enables a tray modulation. Depending on the content, you can have more of a cold zone or warm zone.

Increased Performances: Improved results in terms of quality and consistency, with a decrease in loss of heat. Efficiency of the cold zone is improved. The regeneration is more consistent and softer.

The VITALIS Evo is available with the same options as for the VITALIS

C) Carelis Cook & Hold

The CARELIS 1-tray-system to hold the cold and the hot chain with individual meals.

The compact CARELIS profits from the well-tried Iseco thermocontact technology, which ensures the hot chain also during the serving of the meals when doors are open. It combines this with very easy handling and simple operation, an excellently insulating separation wall and a well-balanced refrigeration system. The CARELIS guarantees transport, storage and serving of individual meals in a cook & serve operation at the required temperatures. It profits from the same high level materials and construction as the Vitalis and the Apetis. But all this at a very sharp price.

But the CARELIS offers much more, such as:

• Comfort during the serving of the meals because of the heat capacity of the Thermocontact heating shelves.

This trolley, equipped with a highly insulating fixed wall, is also very suited for use in a cook & serve operation. A good quality and healthy meal, presented in an appetizing way, is the key objective. To achieve this, the advanced Apetis uses the well-tried Iseco Thermocontact system. The balanced technology and construction of the Apetis offer you all the means to perform your meal service in an efficient and hygienic way, at maximized security the least possible handling. Multi-portions

A) Serelis Meals on Wheels

It's about dinner time, one of the highlights of the day. On the ward the scent is spreading of the warm dishes which have just have reached their optimized temperature and consistency in the Serelis meal-on-wheels trolley. The catering assistant opens the door of the hot cavity and takes out dishes with a variety of meal components. She puts them on top of the heated surface of the trolley, below the LED lights on battery. The dishes contain crispy French fries, tender white fish, a nicely moist stew and some beautifully colored vegetables, all perfectly regenerated. This festive meals-on-wheels buffet is ready to serve its customers, to make an on-spot choice between all these tasty and healthy foods.

The Serelis is available in different compositions of hot and cold cavities, a 1/1 GN or compact version and a large variety of options, accessories and decoration styles. Thus a good and aesthetic solution can be offered for each situation. At the heart of the Serelis is the Thermocontact technology, invented and improved over the years by Iseco. This offers two major advantages: first, the heating shelves can be set individually allowing various food types in different types of holders to be regenerated simultaneously. The second advantage is that the stability of the heating shelves ensures that temperatures are maintained also during the serving of the meals when the trolley is unplugged.

As a standard, each Serelis is equipped with its own computer, allowing for precise programming of the regeneration and refrigeration processes. The onboard control panel displays the hour, the temperature in the cavities in real time as well as the time left in the regeneration cycle and any interruptions to the cycle. A very important advantage for tracking and programming is the optional revolutionary ISECOM HACCP data registration system.

B) Energis : flexibility, ageless hominess and most of all nice food.

The Energis is designed with modern domestic kitchens in mind. The result is a state-of-the-art regeneration oven that fits perfectly in a situation where hominess is desired and professionalism is required.

Regeneration is based on the well-tried Iseco Thermocontact technology. The 1/1 GN or Compact heating shelves can be set individually at four programmed temperatures. This makes a perfect regeneration possible during a single cycle for both multiportion and individual meals and for a wide variety of food types like crispy products, delicate fish and rustic stews.

As a standard, each Energis is equipped with a computer that allows an exact setting of the required regeneration process or a simple selection of temperatures and start of the process where simplicity is desired. The display shows the hour, temperatures and the remaining regeneration time. It also shows any anomalies in the functioning of the oven. The Energis can optionally be equipped with the revolutionary ISECOM HACCP data registration and programming system (available second half 2009).

C) Queitis Cook & Hold : multiportion in a cook & serve operation

The Quietis offers a straight forward budget solution for transport and serving of multiportion meal components in a cook & serve operation. This trolley consists of two separated cavities, one for the hot components and one for cold components. The Quietis is simple to operate and easy to clean. It is a light and compact trolley and therefore very easy to handle.

Transport & Storage

A) Navis : transport of food secure and sanitary.

The NAVIS is a heavy duty, excellently insulated, easy to clean food transport trolley, which is exceptionally suited for intensive external transport. For many years you can be sure of these characteristics that are essential for a secure and sanitary catering. You will appreciate the Navis as a consistent and valuable element in the logistic processes of your food service organization. The NAVIS is available in many varieties, to offer a solution to virtually any logistic problem.

The NAVIS Carbo is available with CarbofreshTM, the environmental compressor-free refrigeration technology from Air Liquide. It offers you security of the cold chain under many conditions when a compressor or other refrigeration systems would already have let you down. For example, when the performance of any compressor is already declining rapidly in a 35°C surrounding, the NAVIS Carbo ensures the required temperature level is maintained through an automatic and natural process. It is a must for external transport of cold meals during any season and/or at any place in the world.

B) Navis Caldo

The Navis is a heavy duty, excellently insulated, easy to clean food transport trolley, which is developed for easy transport of hot meals, individual or in bulk. C) Servis Evo : For breakfast with an a la carte service

A multifunctional, practical and ergonomic trolley for an enjoyable well organised breakfast:

D) Pratis : Pratis Loader, when you are looking for less handling!

The Pratis is a special loading trolley. Once the trays, containing the plated meals, have been put into this clever trolley, transferring these meals later and in another place into a regeneration unit will be a piece of cake. Thanks to the handy transfer system it can be done literally in one swing.

The Pratis is especially adapted to the Vitalis / Apetis one-tray regeneration trolleys.

Circus Medical - Illuminated magnifier for the healthcare sector

Circus Medical is particularly well suited for diagnosis and demanding work in hospitals, clinics and laboratories. A large lens, self balancing arm and highly flexible shade neck makes it ideal for examinations. The large lens permits comfortable viewing with both eyes.

This excellent magnifier's light source is a circular T5 tube with good colour rendering. A circular light source is the ideal way of illuminating an object, virtually eliminating shadows.

Exact positioning

Circus Medical has a highly flexible self balancing shade neck. The shade neck can be positioned horizontally, vertically and laterally making the luminaire very flexible for most examinations. The fully covered spring balanced arm makes it easy to position the luminaire in the correct position and makes cleaning easy. A hinged lens cover is standard.

LFM Medical - Illuminated magnifier for the healthcare sector

The low heat output of the lamp and the versatility and robust construction of LFM Medical makes it a great tool for patient examination at a very competitive cost. The magnifying head is made of ABS polymer, combining light weight design with high impact strength.

Shadow-free magnification

The ø127 mm glass lens is positioned in the middle of the circular tube, the ideal way of illuminating an object, virtually eliminating shadows. For additional magnification, secondary lenses can be fixed to LFM medical in seconds.

Safety first!

LFM Medical has several features for additional patient safety including safety fuses on the primary side. A transparent tube protection cover, made from rigid polycarbonate, is standard. A hinged lens cover is also standard. The cover provides dust protection, and also prevents the lens from inadvertently turning into a burning glass. It is removable when not required.

Carelite - Patient's bed head luminaire

Carelite has a covered spring balanced arm for easy cleaning, and safe and easy positioning. An integrated ergonomic handle makes operation easy even for patients with disabilities. The medical version is tested and certified to IEC 60601-1 and 60601-1-2.

Exact positioning

Carelite can be positioned exactly where the light is required. This is particularly important in multi bed wards where it allows one patient to have his reading light on without disturbing other patients in the ward.

Different mounting options

Carelite is available for wall, table or trolley mounting. The wall version is available with two different arm lengths. A selection of brackets is available for the different mounting options. Colour: White.

Choice of light source

Carelite is available with LED, with an18W high frequency compact fluorescent lamp, or supplied with an 11W energy-saving compact fluorescent lamp.

The new LED version offers benefits over traditional light sources. It is virtually maintenance free. The LED light source has a life expectancy of 40.000 hours or more. The powerful LED module has an excellent light output giving 300 lux @ 0,6 meters.
